CEMIRIDE is a member to the Implementation Committee for the National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (NAPBHR 2020-2025), a comprehensive policy document that outlines concrete commitments by the Government and businesses for addressing adverse business related human rights impacts, representing matters of interest to Minority and Indigenous Communities of Kenya towards attaining full implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
